THIS SOLICITATION IS IN LIEU OF THE PREVIOUSLY RELEASED SOLICITATIONThe Utah Department of Transportation, Procurement Services has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing a variety of Fiber Optic and ATMS Construction Services.
