    Invitation for Bid (IFB) UDOT- Road base Granular Barrow Pick Up Richfield Solicitation # UDOT260244CN This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to supply of 5,000 Tons of granular borrow material, 3000 Tons UDOT UTBC 1 1/2 minus road base.Supplier must be within 10 miles of the Richfield Station (2385 South Industrial Park Road) UDOT will begin the pick up material on May 4th 2026This contract will result in a one contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260244CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
