Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time. Scope of work: Is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the installation of the HVAC scope of work complete. Work to include but not limited to the following: Pretesting, installation of volume dampers, installation of the Electric Duct Heating Coils, installation of the Radiant Ceiling Panels, installing all Diffusers, and Fire Caulking all wall penetrations. Demo of the existing duct will be performed by the Hospital Construction Crew. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 60 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.99, made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk‑throughs will be provided. Photographs of the site or a video walk though can be made available in an addendum. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process.
