The Department of Public Works is advertising for bids for the construction of the Underground District No. 71 Olive/Vermont Project (Project). The Project is located on Olive Street from South Street to Vermont Avenue; Vermont Avenue from Anaheim Boulevard to State College Boulevard; and South Street from Anaheim Boulevard to Olive Street.  

The work to be undertaken consists of undergrounding 12kV distribution and telecommunication systems, street light installations, service conversions, and removal of overhead electrical facilities. The Project is part of the City of Anaheim Underground Conversion Five-Year Plan and Capital Improvement Program.
