Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". The restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than Michelle McCarthy. Therefore suppliers are cautioned the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful supplier will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law and associated documents. The Bid documents are attached to this ad.
