    The City of Coral Springs, FL , is soliciting sealed responses for University Drive Irrigation Modifications. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/coralsprings PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

    Project work includes irrigation modifications to an irrigation system that was recently completed as part of an FDOT University Drive Roadway expansion project. These modifications will disconnect five (5) adjacent Homeowner Associations (HOAs) irrigation systems fronting the roadway from the City's Irrigation system. Reconnect/re-establish the respective HOAs irigation systems within their roadway frontage. The HOAs included within this scope of services include:

    Coventry Cove, Coral Springs Joint Venture, Waterside, Pine Ridge, and Ridgeview
