Project drawings and documents are available for inspection at the Public Works Department in Upper Darby Township at 100 Garrett Rd., Upper Darby, PA 19082.WATKINS SENIOR CENTER GYM RENOVATIONS UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP, DELAWARE COUNTYThis project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for the construction of gym floor replacement, new bleachers, basketball rims and backboards, wall padding, and electronic score board.Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Upper Darby Township in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids.
