Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County - Hauling and Disposal of Liquid Sewage Biosolids

Sealed Bids for the Hauling and Disposal of Liquid Sewage Biosolids Contract 2026-02 will be received by Upper Saucon Township Sewage Treatment Authority at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA 18034 until 10 AM prevailing time on May 27, 2026. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Township Meeting Room by the Authority Engineer. Award of the bid will be considered at the Regular Scheduled Meeting of the Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority on June 1, 2026.Final questions are due no later than 4 PM. on May 20, 2026. Final addendum will be issued by Noon. on May 21, 2026.The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the hauling and disposal of liquid sewage biosolids contract as further described in the Contract Documents.Complete sets of the Bidding Documents, including Contract forms, Specifications and Drawings, will be available from the project page at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period.
