    The City of Santa Fe Springs (“AGENCY”) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms (“CONSULTANT”) to provide professional engineering services for the design, implementation, and evaluation of a pilot groundwater treatment study for the AGENCY’s Water Well #12.The purpose of the pilot study is to evaluate treatment technologies and develop the technical information necessary to determine the feasibility of returning Water Well #12 to active service, bringing it into compliance with drinking water standards, and to support the planning and potential future design of a permanent groundwater treatment facility. The selected CONSULTANT will provide the professional engineering services necessary to complete the pilot study in accordance with the Scope of Services set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).The project is funded through the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”).
