All respondents to this RFQC are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQC and follow instructions carefully. GEFA retains the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or any, if applicable, subsequent submittals and/or proposals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, and retains the right to cancel or conclude this procurement at any time without selecting an entity to provide the described services, without any liability to any respondents, or any other person or entity, and is under no obligation to make an award relating to this RFQC to any person or entity. The final terms of any Agreement are subject, in all cases, to strict compliance with the applicable provisions of the state of Georgia and federal laws.
