    Deadline for Questions: December 18, 2025 10:00 a.m. Bid Due Date: January 2, 2026 A pre bid meeting is not required for this soliciation TO ALL INTRESTED BIDDERS PLEASE SEE ADDENDUM NO. 1 AND INCLUDED IMAGE TO ALL INTRESTEDD BIDDERS PLEASE SEE ADDENDUM NO. 2 BID CLOSING DATE EXTENSION Background and Purpose The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) is seeking a vendor for a vehicle modification for a DORS consumer. The selected Bidder shall complete a modification of a 2025 GMC Sierra. This vehicle modification involves the supply and installation of equipment, as this vehicle will be used to evaluate and train individuals with various disabilities. Please see the VEAPA Excel Workbook for details of the modifications. Responsibilities and Task The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) is required to meet Federal Motor Vehicle standards, and to comply with the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, and the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Vendors should substantiate in detail their qualifications, capabilities, and pricing to complete modifications and conversions as specified and on the Division's Vehicle Equipment Adaptation Prescription Agreement (VEAPA), which is attached electronically to this solicitation as an Excel Workbook. Term of Contract: A single contract will be awarded to the Offeror that best meets the needs of the evaluation criteria. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation shall begin on or about January 12, 2026 and will expire July 12, 2026. Place of Work: Work will be completed at a location dependent upon the awarded Contractor. Mandatory Requirements The Bidder shall meet the following mandatory requirements: The Bidder shall be certified by the National Mobility Equipment Dealer’s Association (NMEDA) Quality Assurance Program (QAP). Required Documentation: As proof of meeting this requirement, the Bidder shall provide with its Bid a copy of a current certificate from the NMEDA evidencing their qualification
