    Description

    The County of Sacramento (County) is soliciting bids for the purchase of reupholstery services as needed for County-owned vehicles in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Request for Bids (RFB). Services shall be provided on an as-needed basis.

    The County intends to award a contract to the successful bidder (Contractor) for an initial 12-month term. For reasons of economy and efficiency, the County reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting contract for up to four (4) additional one-year terms following the initial 12-month term upon mutual agreement between County and Contractor. This RFB will result in a contract in the maximum value of $84,000. The County does not guarantee the purchase of any specific dollar amount or volume of services or materials under the resulting contract.

    Sacramento County Procurement Alliance (SCOPA)

    This RFB is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement through the Lead Participating Agency, County of Sacramento, for SCOPA (Sacramento County Procurement Alliance), a collaboration that allows the County and other Governmental, Educational, and Non-Profit entities to benefit from collective purchasing power. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities.
