Project Name: Victorville Sewer Master Plan Update 2026.

Background

The purpose of the Sewer Master Plan is to evaluate the existing wastewater collection system, assess current and future system capacity, identify deficiencies, and develop a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to support existing service areas and anticipated future growth.

The Sewer Master Plan will serve as a long-range planning document that guides infrastructure investments, supports regulatory compliance, and provides a framework for maintaining reliable wastewater collection service.

The most recent Sewer Master Plan (SMP) was completed in December 2016 by David Evans & Associates, Inc. Since its completion population growth has been lower than projected, development patterns have shifted, and additional indoor water conservation regulations have been implemented.

Accordingly, an update to the 2016 SMP is necessary to reflect these changes, and new requirements that will affect wastewater flows.

  The Consultant shall execute the following form as required by the California Labor Code, Sections 1860 and 1861:

   

  I am aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for workers' compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that code, and on behalf of my firm, I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the services of any contract entered into.

   

  Note: The above Certification form is part of the Proposal. Signing the Proposal on the signature portion thereof shall also constitute signature of this Certification. Consultants are cautioned that making a false certification may subject the certifier to criminal prosecution.
