Purpose of Proposal:

The Board of Education is soliciting request for proposals (RFP’s) for the purpose of entering into contract for Vision Therapy Services - As-Needed. To secure vision therapy services for children who are educated in Passaic public and nonpublic schools located in the City of Passaic. Services are to be provided on an as needed basis due to medical necessity for students.
