    Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive, sealed proposals from qualified firms capable of providing comprehensive, FEMA-compliant Disaster Recovery and Restoration Services for Volusia County, Florida. The awarded contractor(s) will support the County’s ability to rapidly stabilize, remediate, and restore County-owned or County-operated facilities following emergency incidents, natural disasters, or other events requiring immediate action.

This contract is intended to ensure the County can maintain continuity of operations and protect public assets through rapid deployment of restoration resources in accordance with FEMA Public Assistance (PA), 2 CFR 200 procurement and documentation requirements, and recognized industry standards such as those published by IICRC.

Contract services will be activated on an as-needed, no-guarantee-of-work basis.
