This is a turnkey project. The awarded vendor shall serve as the sole prime contractor and shall be responsible for the complete and fully functional installation of the walk-in cooler/freezer combination unit, including all work described in this scope of work. The prime contractor shall be responsible for engaging, coordinating, and managing all subcontractors and trades necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, roofing, fire suppression, and flooring. Walled Lake Consolidated School District will not manage, coordinate, or contract separately with any subcontractors or individual trades. All communication, scheduling, and accountability for the full scope of work rests solely with the prime contractor.
