All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 5:00PM.
All SOQs must be submitted in person or by mail to 211 E Pleasant Run Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115 by Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM, at which time all SOQs will be opened and respondents will be read aloud. The RFQ Opening is opened to the public and will be available to view virtually at the following link:
