Bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Awarding of the contract shall take place at a regularly scheduled Town Council meeting. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Town of Hampstead Town Office where attendance is required for the entirety of the meeting. The Town of Hampstead reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
