    Description

    The City of Hesperia, through its Public Works Department – Engineering Division, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to prepare comprehensive Water, Recycled Water, and Wastewater Master Plans [3 (three) Master Plans]. The purpose of this effort is to evaluate the City’s existing utility infrastructure and develop a strategic, data-driven plans that will guide future improvements, expansion, and investments in the City’s water, recycled water, and wastewater systems. This Master Plans will serve as a long-range planning tool to ensure the continued delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient utility services. It will support the City’s goals related to infrastructure resiliency, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and responsible growth. The selected consultant will be expected to perform detailed system assessments, hydraulic modeling, demand forecasting, infrastructure condition analysis, and the development of prioritized capital improvements. The City invites qualified firms with proven expertise in municipal utility system planning and engineering to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. The resulting Master Plans will provide the Engineering Division with a clear roadmap to manage the City’s water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure now and into the future.
