The selected consultant will be expected to perform detailed system assessments, hydraulic modeling, demand forecasting, infrastructure condition analysis, and the development of prioritized capital improvements. The City invites qualified firms with proven expertise in municipal utility system planning and engineering to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. The resulting Master Plans will provide the Engineering Division with a clear roadmap to manage the City’s water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure now and into the future.
