Scope of Work

The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for installation of a twelve (12) feet dia. submersible duplex lift station, approx. 2500 feet of 6 inch & 8 inch force main & 4,000 feet of 8 inch gravity sewer, sanitary manholes and sewer laterals, approx. 8,400 feet of 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch & 12 inch water mains, fire hydrants and water laterals, and extend water & sewer services from the property line to individual building connections including abandonment of septic tanks, with asphalt road & related restoration as necessary to complete the project per the plans and specs.

Pre-Bid Conference

MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hardee County Capital Project’s Conference Room, 205 Hanchey Road, Wauchula, Fl. 33873. All bidders are required to attend.
