Recent attempts by inmates to injure themselves or others have caused the need for more robust safety measures in those areas. Similar facilities have taken measures in securing these areas with ligature resistant screening in fences that are floor to ceiling in installation. This approach is desired as a solution at WBCF. The County has developed plans and details for this project. The plans will be shared with the selected proposers as a result from this RFQ. This RFQ has been issued to develop a list of contractors qualified to complete the work described herein.
