Attendance at this conference by an appropriate contractor representative is non-mandatory. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer shall be responsible for disseminating information discussed at this meeting except as issued by Addendum. A site visit of the construction site will be scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bidding Conference. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide transportation for this site visit.
