Delivery Requirements:
No substitute product will be considered unless a written substitution request has been submitted through the Question and Answer section of this solicitation and received by the City Representative by the Substitution Request Deadline. Requests shall include the name of the product to be substituted along with complete product literature, specifications, performance data, and any additional information necessary for evaluation.
Approval of any substitute product shall only be granted through written addendum issued by the City.
