Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning July 2, 2026, at the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 during normal business hours, or from the Town’s web site www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026, at 1:00PM to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline.
