    Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online, until Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time, the Bids received will be opened and results posted shortly thereafter on PennBID. The Project encompasses a base bid and alternates across 4 areas in West Manchester Township and generally includes: Roadway rehabilitation improvements including variable-depth milling, full-depth reclamation (FDR), asphalt paving, micro-surfacing, pavement markings, utility structure adjustments, ADA curb ramp improvements, traffic control, and related restoration, and traffic line and symbol painting. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. All bidders must warrant they are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will, in carrying out the requirements of any and all awarded contracts with the Township, comply in all respects with the provisions of the Act and its implementing requirements.
