Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including, but not limited to: The construction of a multipurpose field of 300ft x 180ft (54,000 sq ft); installation of a new drainage system; installation of new irrigation system with connection to existing pump and well; provide ADA compliance to the existing parking lot to include installation and connection of light poles and fixtures; purchase and install sports light poles and fixtures inclusive of all corresponding electrical connections and footing installation. Provide ADA compliance in the existing building; construct concrete pads for temporary bleachers (bleachers are shown for reference and are not in this contract), and installation of landscape as per the approved signed and sealed Permit Set. Striping on the “soccer field’ area is only for reference and not included in this contract. Striping for the ADA parking is included in this contract.
