The resultant agreement will be a three (3) year time and materials agreement with the option to add two (2) successive one (1) year terms for a total of five (5) years for services provided on an as-needed basis. Roswell Park does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. Bidders are advised to carefully review and consider the RFP requirements before submitting their proposal responses; all as further set forth in this RFP.
