    Description

    Technical and Price Proposals, will be received beginning March 05, 2026, until 2 p.m. Eastern Time on April 21, 2026, at the administrative office of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland 20619 and then and there the proposals will be publicly acknowledged and recorded. Technical and Price Proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes labeled with the Offerors name, address, and the RFP NUMBER: 26-08-A. Separately sealed Proposals, including one (1) unbound original and three (3) copies of the Technical Proposal, and one unbound original and one copy (1) of the Price Proposals; shall be delivered by the stated time at the stated location and addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent. Offerors shall clearly identify their Technical and Price Proposals in separated sealed envelopes. No electronic or faxed proposals shall be accepted. The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Workers’ Compensation Insurance for approximately one hundred and two (102) employees. Employee classifications consist of waterworks operations and drivers, sewage disposal operations and drivers, clerical office employees, and occasional water tower climbing by two employees. The Offeror should be an insurance broker, not a third-party administrator.
