Email is not an acceptable form for a bid protest submission. All protests shall comply with the procedures listed in this bid.
Cashier's check or certified check, payable to the order of the City of South San Francisco, of not less ten percent (10%) of the bid or a bond in said amount, payable to the City of South San Francisco and signed by the bidder as well as a corporate surety, shall accompany the bid
