It is important to remember that each quote must comply with the following guidelines: • OPRHP is a tax-exempt agency therefore quotes shall NOT include sales tax. • The quotes shall be inclusive of shipping and if applicable, tariffs. Once a PO has been issued, OPRHP will provide the artwork templates to the awarded vendor. A shipping schedule must be included with your bid to ensure timeliness to guarantee orders are fulfilled by expected date. All wristbands must be received by OPRHP locations by May 15, 2026.
