All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net.All Requests for Information shall be submitted online via PennBid™ by 12:00 pm on February 24th to allow time to post an addendum on PennBid™. No responses will be provided for requests received after that time or submitted by other means. Responses will be provided on the website and be visible to all Bidders. Any changes to the plans or specifications will be provided as an Addendum and notice will be given to Bidders through the website via email.Bids will be publicly awarded on April 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm (local time) at the Wyomissing Borough Hall, 22 Reading Boulevard, Wyomissing, PA 19610.The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Wyomissing Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor’s Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid.The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
