Yatesville Borough, Luzerne County - YATESVILLE BOROUGH COURT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

Sealed Bids for the Yatesville Borough Court Improvements Project, located at 33 Pittston Avenue, will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Yatesville Borough, until 11:00 AM local time on July 10, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and shortly after which, bid tabulation results will be publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The work includes demolition of the basketball courts, excavation, subbase, and asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing of basketball and pickleball courts and installation of chain-link fence, sidewalk and drainage.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
