Scope of Work

Sealed bids in regards to the Year 2026 Road Pavement Marking Program for the Trumbull County Engineer’s Department will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Trumbull County, State of Ohio, at the office of the Board in the County Administration Building, 160 High Street, N.W., Warren, Ohio, until 2:00 p.m. Warren, Ohio Time, on Friday, July 24, 2026, and shall be opened and read on the same day thereafter. Facsimile or electronic transmissions are not permitted. Actual bid opening procedures may be adjusted to comply with current health and safety guidelines.
