Quotes received for contractors that did not attend the first OR second site visit will be excluded. All questions are due 31 July 2026 at 1100 CDT. All quotes are due 14 August 2026 at 1100 CDT. The evaluation factors for award are Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with (IAW) the solicitation instructions, please provide a price break-down in your quote, and a technical capability narrative that demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and responsibilities IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).
