Amendment 1:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Incorporate REV 1 COMBO_FA441825Q0052.

2. Incorporate Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers

i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
ii. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FA441825Q0052.
iii. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, Effective 06/11/2025.
iv. This procurement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
v. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for two Trane 40-ton Chilled Water HVAC Units in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics (Attach. 2).
