The 316th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD, has a requirement for the rental, delivery, and removal of approximately 31,300 linear feet of crowd control event barricades in support of the 2025 Joint Base Andrews Air Show. The period of performance is 10–16 September 2025. Barricades shall be free-standing panels approximately 4 feet tall by 7 feet wide, constructed of lightweight galvanized steel or equivalent material, maintenance-free, and installable without drilling. The contractor shall deliver all barricades to Joint Base Andrews no later than 12 September 2025, and remove all units from the installation no later than 16 September 2025. Installation of the event barriers will be performed by Joint Base Andrews’ 316 CES or augmentees; therefore, installation services are not required from the contractor.
