Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for a bulk order of Aluminum Folding Tables at Peterson SFB, CO. The performance requirements must be in accordance with Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform this task. 

Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this product 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,100 Employees.

Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Note: There is not currently a Non-manufacturer waiver for (NAICS) code 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing.

Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
