NOTES TO OFFERORS:
1. This requirement was originally posted to SAM.gov on Jan 29th as solicitation FA813226Q0017, but the requirement was cancelled and has changed slightly since then.
2. All quotes must –
a. Be submitted on the two-page Quote Sheet. You may include your own firm’s quote sheet, as well.
b. Include item specifications/technical information. This information must be sufficient for us to determine that each item either fits/does not fit the description of what we’re asking for.
3. If you previously submitted a quote –
a. You MUST submit a new quote. Previous quotes are NOT being considered.
b. You MUST provide us with a separate quote in separate emails for each item you are quoting. For example, if you have five different models that you believe fit our needs, you must submit them in five different emails along with the Quote Sheet for each item.
c. DO NOT send us your catalog and expect us to look through it for an item we think fits our need. We will not consider your quote for award.

Failure to adhere to these notes – as well as all stated terms, conditions, representations, and certifications included in this combined synopsis solicitation – will render you ineligible for award.
