Amendment 0001: An amendment to the solicitation has been posted in order to:

(a) Modify the requested delivery date from 30 September 2025 to 01 January 2026.

(b) Respond to Requests for Information.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.

The 354th Contracting Squadron, Eielson AFB, Alaska is solicitng a requirement for one (1), 4-Pax, Arctic, All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Side by Side (SXS) for Natural Resources field operations. The performance characteristics represent capability, reliability, comfort, interoperability, and integrated GPS/Mapping technology equip the unit to mitigate the arctic environment's remote operational challenges while maximizing safe operational reach. 

Minimum technical requirements include True On-Demand AWD/2WD/Versa Trac Turf Mode, 4-Stroke DOHC Twin Cylinder with 100 HP, and a minimum 9.5-gallon fuel capacity. Towing capacity must meet or exceed 1,500 lbs with at least a 1,100 lb payload. The unit must seat four personnel, include full doors, LED lighting, and a 2-inch hitch. It must also be equipped with built in GPS technology, glove-touch display with capable mapping, vehicle-to-vehicle connectivity, integrated rearview camera, Bluetooth/USB connectivity, AM/FM/weather radio, and in-vehicle comms capability. Additionally, the vehicle must come with a HD 4,500 lb winch with synthetic rope, AutoStop and plow mode, 30x10-15 tires, 15" aluminum wheels, and long-travel shocks with 14" suspension front and rear.
