This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME with CARRIER CORPORATION per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. 

AUTHORIZED SMALL BUSINESS DISTRIBUTORS & DEALERS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated.
