BRAND NAME This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with DANFOSS INC., per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Sam.gov website on or about 11 December 2025 with quotes due on or about 19 December 2025. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
