The National Park Service, Outer Banks Group (OBG), is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish delivery of sand and clay materials to be provided for Off Road Vehicle (ORV) ramp maintenance on Ocracoke Island, NC.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote
that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.
