Acoustic Receivers, Acoustic Transmitters, and Activation Probes (Brand Name or Equal to Innovasea) in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0009.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025.

All interested parties must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting a quote to be considered for an award of a federal contract. For more information, review the SAM website at https://SAM.gov.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Columbia River Research Laboratory requires Acoustic Receivers, Acoustic Transmitters, and Activation Probes Brand Name or Equal to Innovasea NexTrak R1 Receivers, Innovasea v7-1x Acoustic Transmitters, and Innovasea Activation Probes in accordance with the attached technical specifications.

Small business set-aside, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.

Delivery Date: 02/27/2026 or sooner

FOB Destination: Cook, WA 98605

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Award is all or none. No partial orders or backorders.

USGS is tax-exempt.
