Notice of Brand Name Competitive Solicitation

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for brand name Schneider Electric hardware components to support the phased replacement of legacy Quantum Modicon PLC systems at Hoover Dam, Davis Dam, and Parker Dam.

This procurement is being conducted as a brand name only competitive acquisition under FAR 13.501(a) and is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Only authorized small business resellers of Schneider Electric hardware are eligible to submit quotations. Substitutions or equivalent products will not be accepted.
