Justification for Sole Source: Philips is the original manufacturer and developer of the DigitalDiagnost C90 system and is the only vendor with the proprietary knowledge, parts, and technical capability to perform these repairs at the required level of quality and reliability. Due to the specialized and proprietary nature of this equipment, Philips has been determined to be the sole source vendor for this requirement. Price Include the following: *3 Phase Inverter Boards x 2 PCE *EPS ETA 80R(kW) HV Generator x 1 PCE *Travel & Onsite Repairs 1 ea Service Location: White River Junction VAMC 215 North Main Street White River Junction, VT 05009-0001 The period of performance has not yet been determined; specific dates will be finalized prior to contract award. Interested parties may submit a response demonstrating their capability to meet the requirements outlined in this notice by the due date specified. Responses should include sufficient evidence to show that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be used solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is appropriate. The Government reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion. No reimbursement will be provided for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for a complete description of the required services.
