Responses to this Sources Sought will be used solely for market research purposes and will be treated as informational. Contractors will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs incurred in responding to this notice. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals nor does it grant authority to enter into negotiations or to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Interested parties are responsible for properly marking any proprietary, restricted, or competition-sensitive information contained in their responses. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this notice. Please note that set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided. Therefore, responses should be as comprehensive and informative as possible. Vendors are welcome to submit additional information not specifically requested in this notice if it provides value and insight to the Government.
