Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West intends to issue a sole-source contract to Abbott Rapids Diagnostics Informatics, Inc. for the annual software licensing of the RALS Data Management System - Web-3; Nova Glucose Statstrip and System Support Module to maintain a Point of Care Testing (POCT) open platform data management system for the Department of Pathology at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado.
