African Maritime Forces Summit - Event Support & Logistics Services

The subject requirement is comprised of the provision of all conferencing logistics and Arabic, French, English, Portuguese and Spanish simultaneous interpretation services in support of the African Maritime Forces Summit (AMFS) in Mauritius, Africa.  This requirement is inclusive of, but not limited to the provision of power capacity, including an uninterrupted power supply, for audio and video support in the main conference room, over-flow conference room, breakout rooms, and identified administrative rooms. Deployable technical assistance is expected. Additionally, simultaneous interpretation services and one-on-one interpretation services will be required.  All requirements are outlined in the associated Performance Work Statement.

Notes:

(1) You must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.

(2) In accordance with U.S. Africa Command Instruction (ACI) 4800.07B, non-U.S. Offerors (prime and subcontractor(s)) are required to be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) prior to award.  The JCCS website is located at: https://www.jccs.gov/jccscoe/.
