BID BOND REQUIRED. SEE SITE VISIT INFORMATION UNDER FAR 52.236-27 The intent of this project is to repair the HVAC at BLDG 1 Blue Ash Air National Guard Base. The following actions must be taken to meet this intent: remove and dispose of the existing 30-ton RTU. Provide and install a new RTU; install new curbing only if required to fit the new unit. Remove the existing DDC controller and install new. Install new controls onto all HVAC components that are currently on the DDC. Provide and configure a new computer and workstation for the DDC. Remove the existing roof access ladder and hatch handrail and install new.
