Please note, there are mandatory technical requirements in the provided Specification Document, "Building 350 Chiller Replacement Phase II" dated January 12, 2026 that will be used for evaluation of technically acceptable offerors. Inability to adhere to the provided requirements may remove any offer from further consideration.
Evaluation will be based upon Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable criteria.
Please provide a completed and signed ANL-70 and ANL-70B, as well as a offeror-provided specification document with evidence to support all mandatory technical requirements. Please do not refer to price within the offer specification document.
